How many prepacked retro biscuit packs should I order?
Order one pack per guest, plus a 10–15% buffer. For a 200-pax event, that's around 220–230 packs. For roadshows with walk-in traffic, plan for 1.3 to 1.5 times your expected footfall.
How far in advance should I book?
Book at least 7 working days in advance to allow time for sticker artwork and production. Peak seasons such as year-end D&Ds, National Day, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Deepavali fill up faster, so two to three weeks earlier is safer.
Can I customise the sticker design?
Yes. Every pack includes a 5 cm diameter customised sticker. Send your logo or design in PNG or AI format and we'll print and apply it. Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days from artwork approval.
Can I choose specific biscuit varieties?
Yes — let us know your preferences (e.g. iced gem only, no animal biscuits, mixed assortment) and we'll advise on options based on your order quantity.
Are the prepacked retro biscuits halal?
Halal-friendly ingredients are available on request. Let us know your dietary requirements at the point of booking and we'll confirm options for your event.
How long do prepacked retro biscuits stay fresh?
Each pack is sealed at source and stays fresh for several weeks when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We recommend serving within the same week of delivery for optimal crispness.
