We deliver in insulated cold storage and recommend serving within the suggested window after delivery. For longer events, we can advise on cold storage options or staged delivery to keep portions frozen throughout.

Book at least 7 working days in advance, especially during peak seasons such as year-end D&Ds, school holidays, and outdoor event seasons. Premium flavours like durian and matcha may require longer lead times — confirm availability early.

Is the packaging customisable with my logo?
No — prepacked ice cream comes in standard manufacturer packaging without custom branding. If branded packaging is essential, we'd recommend our prepacked popcorn or prepacked candy floss, both of which include a 5 cm customised sticker.
How long does prepacked ice cream stay frozen during an event?
