1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, rentals, and engagements provided by FunCo Private Limited (“FunCo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By confirming a booking, making payment, or engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
FunCo provides event-related services including but not limited to:
- Equipment rental (e.g. games, inflatables, machines)
- Live food stations and catering support
- Event manpower, performers, and entertainers
- Photo booth and media services
- Event logistics, setup, and coordination
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking & Confirmation
3.1 Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed upon:
- Written confirmation (e.g. email/WhatsApp), AND
- Payment of deposit or full amount (as agreed)
FunCo reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking without payment confirmation.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
Clients must ensure all event details provided are accurate, including:
- Event date and time
- Venue and access requirements
- Power supply and space requirements
FunCo will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Deposit
- A deposit (typically 50% or as agreed) is required to secure the booking
- Bookings are not reserved without payment
4.2 Balance Payment
- Full payment must be made before or on event day (unless otherwise agreed)
4.3 Late Payments
- FunCo reserves the right to:
- Withhold services
- Release the booking slot
- Charge late fees
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Client Cancellation
- Deposit is strictly non-refundable
- Cancellations within:
- 7 days of event: Up to 100% charge may apply
- 14 days: Partial refund may be considered (case-by-case)
5.2 Postponement
- Subject to availability
- Must be requested in advance
- Additional charges may apply
5.3 FunCo Cancellation
FunCo reserves the right to cancel due to:
- Safety concerns
- Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)
A refund or rescheduling option will be provided where applicable.
6. Event Setup & Operational Conditions
6.1 Setup Requirements
Client must ensure:
- Adequate space and safe environment
- Stable power supply (where required)
- Proper permits or approvals (if applicable)
6.2 Access & Delays
- Delayed access to venue may result in:
- Reduced service time
- Additional charges
6.3 Event Timing
- Service duration is based on agreed timing
- Delays caused by client or venue will not extend service time
7. Equipment Usage & Responsibility
7.1 Care of Equipment
Client is responsible for:
- Proper use of equipment
- Preventing damage, misuse, or theft
7.2 Damages & Loss
Client shall be liable for:
- Repair or replacement costs
- Any damage caused by guests, attendees, or third parties
7.3 Supervision
Certain equipment may require:
- Adult supervision
- FunCo staff presence
8. Safety & Liability
8.1 Safety Compliance
Clients must ensure:
- Safe environment for setup and operation
- Compliance with venue and regulatory requirements
8.2 Assumption of Risk
Participation in activities (e.g. inflatables, games, rides) is at the participant’s own risk.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
FunCo shall not be liable for:
- Injuries, accidents, or damages during the event
- Loss of personal belongings
- Any indirect or consequential damages
9. Delays & External Factors
FunCo shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by:
- Previous event overruns
- Traffic conditions
- Venue restrictions
- Weather conditions
- Client or third-party delays
FunCo will make reasonable efforts to manage schedules but does not guarantee exact timing.
10. Force Majeure
FunCo shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Strikes or labour issues
Affected bookings may be rescheduled or adjusted accordingly.
11. Media & Marketing Usage
FunCo reserves the right to:
- Capture photos and videos during events
- Use such media for marketing and promotional purposes
Clients must inform FunCo in writing prior to event if they wish to opt out.
12. Third-Party Vendors
FunCo may engage third-party vendors to fulfil services.
FunCo is not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of third-party vendors
- Service failures beyond reasonable control
13. Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold FunCo harmless against:
- Claims arising from event activities
- Damage caused by guests or participants
- Breach of these Terms
14. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, designs, and materials provided by FunCo remain the intellectual property of FunCo.
Clients may not reproduce or use such materials without written consent.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
16. Amendments
FunCo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will apply to all future bookings.
